This fountain model by Bruno Munari embodies the essence of 1980s Italian conceptual design. A functional work of art, never before produced in a monumental version, of which only 200 were made.

In 1987, Bruno Munari designed the fountain model shown in the photos; the fountain was never built, but 200 copies of the sketch were produced. This one is number 48, in perfect condition.
The curved crystal blades are inserted into a base of pure ebony, in the center a silver circumference, with the engraving of the architect Munari's signature and the order number (namely 48).
We know that many copies are damaged or lost. Ours is absolutely perfect; the crystal has no impurities (Fiam is world-renowned for excellence).
