More about us :
Founded in Denmark in 1988 by Lotte and Martin Herstal.
But the small, local family shop, selling lighting fixtures, quickly became a major name in Danish lighting and interior design. Herstal is known to everyone, and in the 1990s and 2000s, it was a common brand in every Danish home.
In 2008, Herstal merged with Belid Lighting Group, in Sweden.
All Belid lamps are manufactured, painted and packaged in Sweden.

Mikael Berlin is a Swedish industrial and product designer, known for his minimalist and modern lighting and furniture collections, collaborating with Scandinavian design brands such as Herstal.
