Caution before purchase

All our Murano glass products are vintage, rewired, cleaned and restored where necessary.
Being vintage pieces, some items may have slight chips, micro-scratches or small imperfections due to time and use.
These marks are normal and do not alter the functionality or the overall aesthetics of the object.

Not all imperfections are visible in the photos, as they are often minor or barely perceptible details.

In some cases, when the restoration is more extensive (for example, replacing wooden plates, non-compliant sockets, or discolored rosettes), the components will be refurbished or replaced before shipping. For this reason, there may be differences compared to the published photos.

The product will be delivered fully refurbished and ready to be assembled by the customer.

Shipping

Each item is carefully cleaned, wrapped in a protective film to prevent scratches or dust accumulation, and packed with the utmost care to prevent any damage during transport.

Murano glass products are always shipped inside a sturdy wooden crate, essential to preserve their integrity, but which can influence shipping costs.

Shipping times are usually fast; however, since these are fragile items requiring careful packaging and, in some cases, additional restoration work, the preparation time may be longer than expected.

⸻

Support

After the purchase, our team will follow the customer step by step, providing detailed photos of the product and packaging.
The express carrier's tracking number will also be sent, in order to track the shipment in real time and ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience.

Important note

The product will be delivered without bulbs and completely disassembled. Wiring will also need to be completed; please provide all necessary assembly components.
The buyer is responsible for assembly, ideally by a qualified electrician, or by following our instructions (provided on request).
The instructions will be general and will refer to a similar, but not identical, Murano glass model to the one purchased.
