ASTROROBOOK BLUE/CHROME is a sculpture that reinterprets the geometric shapes of early robots from the 90s, created by iron artist Edoardo Meloni in 2025. The work originated from the idea of ​​making sculpture functional by transforming it into a bookshelf, a work surface, a wine rack, and a glass holder. ASTROROBOOK CHROME is a unique piece, part of a limited series of 10, numbered and entirely handcrafted. This limited edition includes a "JETPACK BACKPACK" and a chrome-plated metal glass holder. The "PROPULSORS" are easily assembled with the Allen keys provided with the sculpture. The primary material used is iron, with a percentage of recycled material, to contribute to sustainability and environmental responsibility. The statue is 105 cm high, 36 cm deep, and 35 cm wide. Metallic blue is a special paint color, which gives it exceptional quality and shine, giving it character and personality.
The object was designed to be a product of excellence made in Italy, which remains intact over time, paying particular attention to all details.

Biography of Edoardo Meloni

Born in Rome in 1995, Meloni has always been passionate about working with a variety of materials. He discovered his true calling in iron, deciding to focus the majority of his production on this durable metal, quickly transforming it into works of art. Meloni creates original objects with innovative designs, capable of defining their surroundings and making them uniquely styled. His work primarily focuses on the exploration of essential geometric lines and figures, crafted from recycled materials with a universal and sustainable character, whose versatility allows them to adapt to different interior design styles. Some of his pieces have been exhibited in design stores in Rome, such as D Domus 17, and in contemporary art galleries like Pavart Roma.
