There is a small silver notch right next to the crown.
Press on this area with a hard object like a pen.
The speed will be stopped.
Continue pressing for 4-5 seconds.
Then release the pen and immediately press again on the same area.
The second hand will start moving again, and you will be able to adjust the minute hand.
