■ Taxes & Customs Duties
The price shown does not include import duties, taxes, VAT, or consumption tax. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office before purchasing to determine what these additional costs will be.
For deliveries to Japan, buyers must pay a 10% consumption tax to the seller via bank transfer or PayPal.
For deliveries to European countries, import duties of approximately 20 to 25% may apply. These taxes are generally collected by the courier upon delivery or customs clearance (except in France and Switzerland).
In addition to VAT, the delivery company will charge customs duties of approximately 4,5% and courier service fees of approximately 10 to 15 euros for European destinations.

All items are shipped from Japan via DHL Express.
We cannot change the declared value on the commercial invoice, nor can we list items as "gifts" or "samples".
Standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 10 days, but it may take longer depending on customs clearance procedures and your delivery region.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, accidents or flight disruptions.

In addition to paying customs duties to the courier, you may be required to present identification, a DNI (national identity number), and a customs power of attorney.
