This unique Moroccan pouf was handmade from an authentic vintage Boucherouite rug.
Its predominantly ivory background is decorated with delicate pastel stripes in blue, yellow, pink and purple, together with striking traditional Berber geometric motifs in red, black and turquoise.
The combination of subtle colours, handwoven texture and expressive tribal details gives this piece a distinctive character while remaining easy to integrate into a contemporary interior.
Different sections of the original rug have been carefully assembled by hand to create a generous square pouf while preserving the authentic weave, irregularities and patina of the vintage textile.
It can be used as an ottoman, low seat, footstool, floor cushion or decorative accent in a living room, bedroom, lounge or reading area.
